NpowerNG has now made it simple and easy for you to change your ID, if you mistakenly uploaded another person’s photo or ID last time, or you had challenges uploading your ID.
This is how to change or upload your Npower ID and photo
Using the official link npvn.NPOWER.gov.ng/login to access your portal. Use your phone number and your password to gain access.
If your photo is uploaded, there is option to change it , if you want to. But if you’re satisfied with what you have there, leave it, if not, click on change.
If your ID wasn’t successfully uploaded the last time, the space for it will be blank, then option to upload it will be there. Click on it to upload and update your profile.
1) Make sure your ID isn’t heavy. Normally, 250kb will be okay. If you’re doing it on your tablet device or iPhone, you can take a shot of it.
Then check the size of the shot, it’ll be between 1MB or above. That won’t be successful if you tried to upload it.
2) If you’re still having issues, clear cache of your browser. Use Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox or UC browser.
