Daily Motivation: Worrying about Things Doesn’t Take Away the Problems of Tomorrow

“Worrying about things doesn’t take away the problems of tomorrow, it just saps the strength to fix the problems of today.”— Aurelleah

Thinking about solution to a problem is more productive than worrying about has already happened, worrying will only complicate the situation.

Worry means “anxiety, fear, or nervousness about what might happen; fearful concern. In the King James translation of the New Testament, the word most commonly used for worry is “care,” which also means worry or anxiety.

Psalm 55:22 says you should cast your worries and burden on Him, “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”

It’s all about taking one day at a time. Focusing on the things you have control over and accepting the things you don’t.

It’s important to realize, that while you may find it difficult to stop worrying, you can benefit a lot from just realizing that it does not help and keep your head up.

Just know that stuff is hard, and you can help yourself immediately by staying as calm as possible. That is the first step and you can feel good just because of it.

Worry won’t solve your problem, instead stay calm, and think about solution.
