So, WHY N-POWER SKILL AND EXPERIENCE EVALUATION TEST?

According to Alison Doyle of Career Tool Belt, there are some special computer skills you need to have in your job search arsenal which would give you an edge over your counterparts who do not.

“In today’s technologically oriented economy, it’s no surprise that employees with strong computer skills fare better in the job market than their tech challenged counterparts.”

These skills include: Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Microsoft Access, QickBooks, Email, Web and social skills, Graphic and Writing Skills etc.

Why is N-power bringing this into the programme?

N-power has a purpose. Since the team is working in collaboration with states, multi nationals, government agencies, it’s believed that if anyone is skilled in these areas it’d be easy for N-power to recommend such volunteers.

There could be other purposes, but that’s the motive behind STEM TEST. It’s meant to work in your favour in the long run.
