N-powerNG Payment Solution | How to permanently solve stipend problem

July makes it 9th month since payment for the Npower programme commenced.

The first was December 2017. However, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Job Creation, Mr. Afolabi Imoukhuede, was very clear on this: your payment begins from the month you’re verified.

If you’re still having payment problem it means something is wrong somewhere, and it’s high time you fixed so that you’re not edged out of the N-power payroll.

Here is how to permanently solve your N-power payment problem: whichever month you’ve not been paid.

Note that N-power team does attend to issues if you follow the right channel and format of sending complaints.

When sending complaints to N-power, don’t write a comprehension passage, go straight to your point.

Considering the volume of complaints on its table every minute, here how to permanently solve your stipend problem:

Use this format:

Title of your message should be UNPAID STIPEND.

Please state the month you’ve not been paid in your message: if you’ve not been paid for the month of June, then the title of your e-mail should be: UNPAID JUNE STIPEND. If it’s more than a month, please clearly state the month.

Your Full Name as it appears in your BVN:

Please ensure to get the print out of your BVN slip or Card from your bank, scan and attach it to the message and send to:

Ensure you send the message from your registered email with N-power. Your issue will be attended to.

Don’t also forget that N-power Team is very active on twitter @npower_ng, facebook and others.

All the best.
