A formal letter will be transmitted to the National Assembly on Monday to inform the legislative arm about the return of President Muhammadu Buhari , Femi Adesina tweeted Friday.
Mr. Buhari left Nigeria on January 17 on a 10-day vacation which he said he would also use to have a medical check-up.
The leave was later extended, based on a medical advice by his physicians, who said they needed to carry out further tests on him.
“PMB will Monday transmit letter to N’ Assembly on his return to the country. That makes his return to work formal, and constitutional.”
