Buhari goes to school: When Oshiohmole spies out president’s class work
If you think President Muhammadu Buhari is old for class, then you probably missed yesterday’s class (November 7) at Samuel Ogbemudia Secondary School, Edo State.
Nigeria’s no.1 citizen was in class on November 7, 2016 sitting diligently with pupils of Samuel Ogbemudia Secondary School (formerly New Era Secondary School) in Benin City, Edo State.
The president was simply a serious student per excellence, and I think he was. During the process, Governor Adams Oshiomhole spied out Buhari’s class work.
On a lighter note…
“Oshiomhole sabi spy,” one of the users of Nigeria’s most famous forum nairaland says.
Whether it’s class work or he’s just writing his name, no one knows, but Oshiomhole was probably asking himself, “What’s Mr. president writing: names of corrupt people in Nigeria?”
The students were obviously amazed by the president’s seriousness, and they’re excited that the president was with them to have a feel of how it’s to be a serious student.
The president was in Edo State to commission some of the key projects executed by Governor Oshiomhole which included Central Hospital, Siluko road, gully erosion reclamation project at the Queen Ede Agbor road, and Samuel Ogbemudia Secondary School, where he attended class and had work fun with students.
